BLUE MOUNTAINS PHOTOGRAPHY TOUR
Walk with me as we explore nature in all its beauty in the Blue Mountains. We have selected two great waterfall locations for you to craft photos that capture nature and the landscape in a full day photographic tour.
We will meet at a central Sydney location and then commute together in a minibus. Hand-out notes will be supplied and we encourage you to bring a tripod and at least two lens.
Learn how to capture amazing images with the soft `cotton effect’ of the water with slow shutter speeds. Understand the importance of framing the shot with foreground and background to give real depth and impact.
The class is limited to allow all level of photographers to learn and enjoy.
The hands on support from your lecturer will ensure plenty of one-to-one time. Additional discussion time is also set during morning tea and lunch. So come along and join us in a day out that you will remember.

We will educate you in how ISO and why it helps your shutter speed. Which aperture settings to use and when. Key composition concepts.
This is a walking tour as we apply key basic photography principles.It is as much about enjoying the location as it is getting the best from your camera in a limited time.

Dress suitably for the weather and the environment of kneeling or sitting outdoors when taking a photo. A solid backpack or camera bag is recommended to carry all your personal and camera accessories as we move between the classroom and the outdoor backdrop.
