A student can reschedule their attendance with not less than eleven days notice to another course, subject to seats being available.
Students who reschedule with between ten and three days notice can choose another date and venue, subject to seats being available, and pay a rebooking fee of $25. Click on the ReBooking button at the bottom of the FAQ page, pay via PayPal and advise us of your original booking and your new preferred date. You can add this information during the checkout process. NPTC will send a confirmation of that request within 2 days.
Students who reschedule or cancel their booking with less than three days notice will forfeit any fees paid.
The College reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to weather or other circumstance. A full refund is available if alternate dates are not suitable.
The College limits its class size and commits itself to resources, trainers and venue hire in advance and those who do not attend their class are not eligible for any refund and are liable for the full cost of any course fee.
The College will confirm your booking request within 2 working days of receipt of your inquiry. It will include specific venue details and a tax invoice receipt for course fees paid. We regret we cannot reserve seats until full payment is made.
Re-Booking Fee is $25
